2. What the app collects / Toplanan veriler
The Android app requests the Internet permission only. We do not request location, contacts, SMS, microphone, or camera on the Play Store build.
Play sürümünde yalnızca İnternet izni istenir. Konum, rehber, SMS, mikrofon veya kamera izni istenmez.

Guest mode lets you play against a bot without creating an account. Guest progress stays on the device unless you later sign in.

3. What we do not collect / Toplamadıklarımız
- We do not sell personal data. We do not show third-party ads in this app. We do not use advertising ID for ads.
- Kişisel veriyi satmayız. Bu uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam ağı yoktur.
- We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card numbers in the chess app.
- Satranç uygulamasında kesin konum, rehber, galeri veya kart numarası toplanmaz.
4. Sharing / Aktarım
Account and game data are processed on Yeniyollar servers (yeniyollar.com). We share data only with processors needed to run the site (hosting), or if required by law. Google Play may receive crash/install diagnostics according to your device and Play settings; we do not embed a separate analytics SDK for advertising.
Hesap ve maç verisi Yeniyollar sunucularında işlenir. Yalnızca barındırma gibi hizmet sağlayıcılarına veya yasal zorunluluk halinde aktarılır.
5. Retention / Saklama
- Account and finished games: while the membership is active, then as required for security/legal records.
- Üyelik ve bitmiş maçlar: hesap aktifken; sonra güvenlik/yasal süre kadar.
- Device token and guest stats: until you log out or uninstall the app.
- Cihaz jetonu ve misafir istatistikleri: çıkış veya uygulama silinene kadar.
6. Your rights / Haklarınız
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data (KVKK / GDPR where applicable). Email info@yeniyollar.com. You can log out in the app to remove the local session token.

7. Children / Çocuklar
Yeniyollar membership is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Yeniyollar üyeliği 18 yaş altına yönelik değildir. Çocuk verisi bilerek toplanmaz; bildirimde hesap silinir.
8. Security / Güvenlik
Traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are not stored in the chess app except as needed for the login request; the app keeps a session token on the device.
İletişim HTTPS üzerindedir. Uygulama cihazda oturum jetonu tutar; kart bilgisi alınmaz.
